"I am interested in the transcendent power of improvisation. The act of improvisation reconnects us to the source of life. It is in these fleeting moments that revelations appear about themselves and those around us. My work is an attempt to sustain those moments, providing doorways through which we can all reconnect."

Zachariah currently splits his time between San Francisco, New York, and the Forbidden Planet. When not painting, he runs a halfway house for displaced space monkeys.
